Kindly note that the DVD player doesn't work with disc in formats of Blue Ray or RMVB, or any disk with resolution above 720 * 576 px；

If your disc/video format is included in the compatible formats, then please check whether the resolution is above 720 * 576 px, if yes, please try another one with lower resolution.

Please pay attention to the status of the indicator on the DVD player during the charging, it will turn on red during the charging and turns to green once fully charged. If the red light doesn't turn on, it should be a problem of the charger, please writing to our official e-mail address: service@sunpin,com.cn for a replacement charger;

If the red light turns on but never turns to green, then the problem might be on the battery, please also contact us for a further solution.

Please replace the battery inside the remote for another try.

If you are using the DVD player at home and place the player on a flat surface, please indicate the remote to the receiver beneath the DVD board, and make sure the angle is within 45 degree, or the player might be difficult to react to the to the command from the remote.

If you are using the DVD player in a car and hang it up on the back of the headrest, the receiver is put to the downside, in this kind of situation, please lower the remote down to the receiver and try again.
